On behalf of Macsim Fastenings Pty Ltd we are pleased to announce the acquisition of Eclipse Fasteners Pty Ltd, effective 1st February 2012. As a wholly owned Australian Company this acquisition is our latest affirmation of commitment to expand and improve services to our respected customers.

Eclipse Fasteners was established in 1975 and are a major supplier of High Tensile product. The Eclipse brand enjoys the reputation as been a leading and trusted name within the Australian industrial supply sector. Our strategy is to ensure the ‘Eclipse’ brand continues to grow from strength to strength.

In the interim the existing Eclipse branch offices will remain operational. However over the coming months we plan to amalgamate the Melbourne and Perth branches with the corresponding Macsim warehouse within their relevant State. At this point in time all contact details remain intact

Commencing 1st February 2012 all sales for Eclipse product will be invoiced through your existing Macsim Fastenings account. For existing Eclipse customers without a current Macsim trading account, we will provide you with an account application form prior to the acquisition date. The approval process for all such applications will be expedited through our system, as we need to ensure there are no disruptions with supply. At this point in time all negotiated trading terms including pricing and discounts are to remain in place.
